Okay Rachee here just for a quick..speech. I don't care if they are in a box. It's a nice box. How can you not like those shards coming out from the ground they were standing on? Yes yes me again of course as you can judge from the song choice. Since the 2 songs we both love this month (Catch Me and Stop Girl) were included in different categories....I shall be selfish and take this for myself hehe. And yes again I know this song was mentioned here but the one I'm including in this category is the "original" version......so '84 was not the original one? But yes I like this version better for some reason. What do you guys think? Which one do you prefer?

ANNNNNND it's me again...how awksies is this. Naz hasn't been catching up on dramas cause she is being a hardworking girl. Well I stopped too okay. I started watching this during summer and then stopped when school started and ended up just reading the recaps ): But hey from the episodes I watched before I stopped, I must say the acting is not bad considering how this is Eunji's first drama AND being the main (MAN I LOVE THIS GIRL! SHE'S FEISTYY!) and also Seo Inguk's first main role. What I really love is the plot as it revolves around the lives 6 high school friends, the crazy fan culture at that time and WHO'S THE BABY'S DADDY!
Dance: Stop Girl - Ukiss
Naz here! Finally, Ukiss is out with a new song, and I have to say, I'm loving both the song and dance! The dance definitely deserves something big. Let's just give a huge round of applause to the choreographers for coming up with this genius choreo. Proves you don't need big American names behind all this to get a good outcome. The structure of it all is splendid from the beginning where Kiseop gets his limelight (oh? did I just hear Rach squeal? I think I did! Rachee: I'VE WAITED TOO LONG FOR THIS!) and does a full dance while other members file in after him. The addition of girl back up dancers is also a very nice change to the stage. It gives a slightly different but pleasing vibe to the whole song, and I really hope that they'll get far with this one! Already searching up covers to learn the dance! Love love love.
Hottie: Lee Min Woo
Ok, Naz again. Normally, I have to be honest with you guys here, I haven't really thought any one was hot that much since my Taemin days, but upon watching Kkok Kkok Tour as well as Shinhwa's broadcast featuring SHINee (read my post on it), I totally fell for Min Woo. Fine, he doesn't fit my height criteria, but no one's perfect right? right?!!??! (hypocrite talking here, but wtv) His smile is just NGAWWWW and he's funny too! Well, I think if I was to continue watching episodes of Shinhwa's broadcast, I would eventually fall for all of them (Eric is next on the list) Can I just say, that everyone who's reading this HAS to click this link right HERE. You'll know why once you've watched it. Loving it.

My oh my, I'm pretty sure you all would've read about Seungri's recent 'scandals'. It's no big deal to me honestly but in the Korean industry though......big nono. The news of him getting caught 'hanging out' in Hong Kong with Japanese model Anna Kubo was so meh. I mean, SO many celebs get caught around others being 'friendly' all the time. Plus, they were in Hong Kong. There is NO WAY that would escape the eyes of the Hong Kong paparazzi (I swear they patrol the streets of Hong Kong better than the police. If you follow Hong Kong celebrity gossips too, you will get what I mean.)! The fans (from what I could read) were more 'okay' with this one too though there were still some 'OMG GET OFF MY OPPA' and 'Ew she looks like a slut.'
His previous 'sex scandal' though...was more hot and spicy! I actually won't be surprised by it (if it was true) because I always saw him as the more 'playful' member of Big Bang. But reading those comments...omg can I just slap some senses into those fan girls' head?!

"This is too safe. Topless pictures can come from anywhere, like a window view or something."

Er ring ring hello? Do you know him personally? How would you know how he acts? Not saying that it really is Seungri (I don't know, could be fake, could be real too. Have no comment on the reliability of this.) but how are you so sure that it isn't him?
One comment though "How is having sex a scandal?"
THIS! This is the thing I don't get. To be frank, everyone has sex. Just cause they don't announce it to the world doesn't mean they don't. Times like these when pictures get leaked out, it's just someone who had sex and was a little unfortunate that it was exposed to the public. They are not doing anything wrong so I won't even be calling this a scandal. Unless though you count "not cleaning up" and "not kissing during sex" something wrong then....have it your way.
Side note, I LOL-ed at YG's statement. "It's not a scandal." One line. This is what I love about YG. They don't really give two shit about what people think. Hell they didn't even mention a word about his 'sex scandal' business!
Lesson celebrities have hopefully learnt:
- Be nice if you want to have one night stands
- Don't go to Hong Kong

Wow wow weee. We will be expecting a huge wave of comebacks before the end of this year from the SM and YG!G-Dragon in 3 days with his mini album and TVXQ coming back later this month, the rest of September will be a battle between the boys while us fan girls celebrate!
October will be the months for the girls with 2NE1 and Girls' Generation planning on coming back.
After the big guys, it's rookies' time! Exo will be coming back with a full length album this time (GIVE ME MY LADY ALREADY! I'VE BEEN YEARNING FOR IT SINCE THAT TEASER!) and YG will be releasing Kpop Star SuPearls and a new girl group who are apparently "YG's Girls Generation"!
Side note, Glen Check will also be releasing their new EP under the title "Cliché" at the end of this month! TOO MUCH TO HANDLE AHHHHHHHH!

Drama: Gentleman's Dignity/Gentleman's Class
Omg how can anyone not like this show? It is like Boys over Flower's F4 but the 30 years later version of it! Even though there is only 1 member of the main cast below the age of 25, this drama showed that even without the idol actors/actressed (Though CN Blue's Jonghyun did do a great job as a supporting character), it can still make it because it is just so damn hilarious. Definitely a must watch!
Dish: Korean Hotpot
After having hotpots nearly everyday in Korea, Rachel has decided that this shall be the dish of the month! You will never get bored of the LARGE varieties of hotpots available out there! Seafood, pheasant, mushrooms, you name it, they have a hotpot for it.
Hottie: Yoo Ah In
We totally love him! Like Nazlin said, he's got natural swag. He is slowly coming up as an actor and we cannot wait to see more of him!

Gave in. Had to write a review about this song since I've been listening to it the whole of yesterday while doing my extended project.When they announced that another song will follow after One of a Kind, I was expecting another hardcore rap song, not something like this! Not even close. And the fact that they had to censor the name of the song itself didn't help either.
I normally don't like songs with just a guitar at the back cause I think it is boring buttttttttttttttttttttttttttt I love That XX. I don't know why, I just love it! Maybe it's his voice...or the feeling he is giving off. I really admire this about GD actually. He can switch from being so confident in one song to being so depressed in another just like that.
Sorry I have to post the censored version but yeah they might be underage readers here (I am too actually.............but let's just pretend that I am a year older!). Maybe cause I'm not Korean so listening to the uncensored version doesn't affect me that much. And the bleep does make it sound..harsher than it does.
I didn't really pay much attention to the video at first cause I didn't have time to analyse every thing and try to understand it but my sister did so I'm going to relay (Is that the right word?) what she told me.
At first I thought he was just the XX (you go find out yourself what it means k?) he was singing about but my sister was saying how he was actually playing 2 roles. So the GD with the sleek hair, bling blings and tattoos on his neck and fingers is the XX because if you refer to the lyrics "He’s not wearing that ring you gave him, there’s another girl by his side", he took of his ring and was with another girl at the beginning right? Of course he was also the only "version" of GD that was shown interacting with the main girl. And the other GD with his hair down, less bling and always looking depressed (or creepily spying on her) is the one singing his feelings.
Woah can I say how pretty Jennie Kim is?! Damn so excited for YG's new girl group! But I found the age gap a little...odd. I mean 9 years is not that big a deal sometimes but why is she starring in a MV.....of a song she is not allowed to be listening to? And she is only 15 (well 16 in Korea age but still)! But yeah other than that I think she is really pretty...and I like her hair. I also really like the use of filter (that's the term right? Correct me if I'm wrong.) in the scenes. Like during the scenes of Jennie with the XX, it is always a little brighter and there is a yellow-er tint to it while depressed GD is always having this monochrome theme around him and the scenes are blue-er.
After listening to this, I am now kinda excited to see how the full album would be! Oh GD, why do you always surprise me like this?

I always found it hard to choose that ONE song to show my non-Kpop friends and try to 'convert' them into liking Kpop. Kpop songs (well the older ones) are still quite different from the mainstream music in US or UK, so in today's post I will try to compile a list of more....normal songs (to the non Kpop people that is) to introduce to your friends if you are trying to get them to like Kpop!Some tips to keep in mind when you are trying to introduce Kpop songs to the beginners:
- Try to find songs without MAJOR Engrish (eg Make a love baby, IN THE CUBE). These songs are a bad idea if you have friends who act like grammar Nazis.
- Never show them the music videos. Things like the guyliners, dancing pretty boys (or girls but just mainly the boys) and tight pants take some time at getting used to. They might get mentally scarred during the first few seconds of the MV and you will lose your chance at turning them into a fellow Kpop-er.
- Try avoiding the use an SM's title song as the introductory song. SM's title songs are quite...over the top and not so usual in a non Kpop-er's dictionary. All of Super Junior's title songs were a bad idea, so were most of SHINee's title songs. I think to like these song, you need to have somewhat of a 'Kpop background'. Like take Ring Ding Dong for example. Before I was into Kpop, I thought it sounded terrible and hated it. Now that I am into Kpop, I found it somewhat normal. Weird I know but that's how it is.
-You can't go wrong with ballads. Well ballads are normally the same right, Kpop or not? I haven't heard of some crazy ballads so I might be wrong.
- Ask that person what their favourite songs are and try to find Kpop songs that are similar. I've been using this way recently and it's the most successful ahaha.
Disclaimer: The following list may not even work because I have lost all senses of how a 'normal' song even sounds like since I've stop listening to English songs (with the exception of Muse and a little Temper Trap) for nearly 3 years. But you must know I tried my best.

19. Without You - 2PM (This song got me into Kpop. I was so against it and this got me into it. Might be the magic potion to all conversion.)

Feel like showing off a bit hehe. It's not a huge collection, just a few that I bought because of one of these reasons:1) I like more than half the songs in the album
2) It was cheap
3) Super Junior
Some of them I had people bringing them back from Korea while the rest I bought them at Rock Corner or Speedy. If you only like the ones made in Korea, I suggest you don't buy your stuff from Speedy because they tend to have more different versions (I would get to that later on).
TADAH! So here it is, my collection so far after 3 years. Not too crazy right? :P All of them are bought with my own money excluding the U-Kiss one which was a gift from my aunt. She bought it all the way in Korea! I also have 3 second hand ones (SHINee 2009 Year of Us, B2ST Shock and SJ M Super Girl) that I bought from a friend when she was selling all her albums.
One thing though, not all of these are the original ones. And by that I mean not produced in Korea. There are a lot of albums that are either printed in Taiwan or Malaysia and I got a few of those. Before that I didn't really know and I thought all of them were the same but I don't really mind. But if you don't want to miss out on some of the photo books or photocards, buy the ones printed in Korea. I have 5 that I am sure that are made in Korea.
And to confirm whether your copy of the CD is made in Korea, just look for this gold sticker. Or compare the price. Imported ones are always more than 60 ringgit.
More than half of my collection aren't the original ones actually :P
Quite easy to tell if they are made in other countries. The price will be cheaper generally, most probably won't exceed 60 ringgit (based on the ones I got) and they have these written at the bottom.
SO yeah. That's my collection. My sister's though, is larger (and more expensive) than mine. Before I start, I'm sorry for taking pictures of your stuff. I tried putting them back in their original places. Please don't kill me. OKAY MOVING ON!

Should totally be doing that crazy geo project I've got but while procrastinating I found something interesting!Remember Yoo In Ah (mentioned here and here)? Turns out she was in Big Bang's Tell Me Goodbye MV! Whaaaaat? I watched that MV so many times and I didn't even realise. Maybe cause I haven't seen her dramas then.

They really love getting piercings too. Most guys have it, multiple even! Boy, do I looooooove Hyoyeon, Tiffany and BoA’s piercings. Hyoyeon’s one is just hardcore! 14? She must have some high ass pain tolerance! And I really love belly piercing too. Just makes everything sexier. Jia has got to be real adventurous to get her lips pierced as well! More er..interesting ones like Eli’s hand piercing (It looks kinda awksies but unique nevertheless.) and Jaejoong’s belly and nipple piercing. Now when I say I like belly piercings, I meant I like it on girls. Guys? Just a tad bit weird IN MY OPINION. Sorry if you like it. Won’t judge.
I don’t care what some other people think but personally, I really like tattoos and piercings. I think I’ll probably get a tattoo (or tattoos) one day and more piercings (I think a cartilage and maybe even a belly piercing!). My parents should be fine with it..I think. Well my dad cannot disagree since he has a huge ass one himself.

Our love for this drama started when news of Jihyun Woo's confession exploded all over the internet. Watched a random part of the drama, saw the chemistry and fell in love with it. This drama has the right amount of romance, comedy, action and fantasy. Great drama, definitely recommend it!

Bibimbap is cool. That's why it's part of our blog title.
Hottie: Dalmatian's Simon
Oh Simon. What else can we say? Perfect jawline, abs, blonde purple hair and that intense stare of his. Just too too hot. If we had this blog during May, he would be our hottie of the month for both May and June. Rachel loves him. A lot.
News: Yoo In-ah confirms that she is dating Ji-hyun Woo!
Favourite drama to real life couple! After the critisms he got after his public confession, we are glad that Yoo In-ah accepted him!
